Refunds & Returns Policy

At Techno Solutions, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent returns experience for our customers across India. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return pickup will be arranged at no cost to the customer.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind)
Return pickup is offered free of charge for eligible pin codes within India.
In locations where reverse pickup service is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product to us. Reasonable courier charges will be reimbursed after verification.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return request:

  • Contact us via email at support@ejeasstore.com or call/WhatsApp +91 95605 20500, mentioning your order number and reason for return

  • Approval will be provided within 24 business hours

  • Pickup arrangement will be scheduled after approval

Please do not ship any product without prior confirmation from our support team.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Clearance or special promotional items (if applicable)

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 2 business days):

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, subject to product availability.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and the order will be processed as a return.

9. Policy Scope

This policy applies to orders shipped within India only.
